Night Owl

Well, I have never been one of those people who can't sleep so I get online-I typically lie in bed with my eyes shut and force myself to day dream. However, tonight is a special night and so I find myself here, blogging, at 3:24 am. All you avid bloggers out there should be impressed that this is where I turned!

We have been blessed with a ridiculously adorable baby girl, she talks like crazy, smiles all the time-save she is hungry or poopy-but even then it's not surprising to get a smirk out of her, she loves the tub, loves to eat, and is VERY social! Perhaps a little too social, I never thought I would wish she would be a little more of a recluse but I'm wishing right now! This girl won't sleep!
Contrary to photographic evidence, she seems to struggle sleeping! I've tried to keep her up during the day but perhaps because she is shattered in the morning it is so easy for her to conk out again! It's too bad we don't live in Africa-her timing would be perfect!

Isn't she cute? Despite the sleep depravation I LOVE to cuddle with her when she is like this. PERFECT!

I have self diagnosed her with a cold, teething pains, night terrors, sore bum, gas, growth spurt and anything else you could possibly think of and there has been no solution! I think that God has blessed us with a little socialite-and since she is our first, we don't know any better so we will just be grateful in the future when we have a wonderful sleeper :) Hopefully He isn't preparing us for something worse!
